RAKESH KAPILA | President & Chief Executive Officer
At the helm of the Arcas Group is Rakesh Kapila. For over 16 years, Rakesh has combined savvy business acumen and an approachable personality in building long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with his customers. His diverse experience includes successful client projects on local, provincial and national levels. Raised and educated in Saskatchewan, Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Regina.

DEAN GAGNE | Chief Research & Strategy Officer
A strategic thinker to the core, Dean’s mantra is “See what everyone sees and think what no one has thought.” A globetrotting career as a strategic consultant to global enterprises has seen Dean in the US, China, and Hong Kong – having worked for such clients as Kodak, Coke, Pepsi, SAAB and Dresdner Bank. Returning to Canada in 1999, he founded Checkmate Strategic Planning which went on to work on notable projects with provincial and national corporates, Crowns & government sectors. Dean holds a B.Comm and M.Sc from the University of Saskatchewan.

MIKE WORONIAK | Chief Creative Officer
A former Vice-President of Creative at one of Saskatchewan’s largest advertising agencies, Mike is firm believer that quality research and strategy help drive the most effective advertising. Clients benefit from Mike’s 20+ years of creative experience and branding counsel for such companies as: SaskTel, SGI, DirectWest, Cornwall Centre, Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, Prairie Centre Credit Union, the Regina Symphony Orchestra and Tourism Saskatchewan. Mike is a graduate of the Red River Community College Advertising Art program in Winnipeg, MB.

ROGENE KLEIN | Vice President – Operations
Rogene has been an integral part of the Arcas journey, having served in a variety of roles and functions over the last 8 years. Starting out in the call centre, Rogene has moved up through the ranks to become a key member of the operational and strategic infrastructure of Arcas. Clients will know Rogene as a tireless professional, whose obsession with quality and customer service drives the corporate service culture of Arcas. Managing a team and a host of operations at Arcas, Rogene has proven track record of delivering the best.

DARRIN BAILEY | Director – Technology
As Director of Technology, Darrin knows the value of information and knowledge that can be derived from it. He also understands the security and dynamic nature of information. As the architect of the technology strategy at Arcas, Darrin is cognizant of the core role that technology plays both internally within Arcas Group – and also in the provision of world class service & insight to our customers. From his deep background in database development, Darrin applies his considerable skills to the task of optimizing the right mix of tools to meet the client’s project needs.
