MIKE WORONIAK | Chief Creative Officer
A former Vice-President of Creative at one of Saskatchewan’s largest advertising agencies, Mike is firm believer that quality research and strategy help drive the most effective advertising. Clients benefit from Mike’s 20+ years of creative experience and branding counsel for such companies as: SaskTel, SGI, DirectWest, Cornwall Centre, Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, Prairie Centre Credit Union, the Regina Symphony Orchestra and Tourism Saskatchewan. Mike is a graduate of the Red River Community College Advertising Art program in Winnipeg, MB.

JEANNE BÂBY | Account Director & Media Planner/Buyer
Experienced in both the project management and media planning disciplines, Jeanne brings Arcas clients the benefit of hybrid competencies in her dual role as Account Director and Media Planner/Buyer at the agency. Jeanne’s background has seen her deliver outstanding service & results for clients such as General Motors, Cathay Pacific Airways, Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board and the Regina Symphony Orchestra. Jeanne majored in both Marketing and Psychology at the University of Saskatchewan and has excelled at her career aspirations in the Vancouver & Regina markets.

JOANNA KASPRZYK | Art Director
Heralding from Vancouver Island, Joanna is Saskatchewan’s latest in-migration of creative talent to the local agency landscape. Joanna arrives with 7+ years of West Coast ad agency experience under her belt – with exceptionally strong talent & skill sets in logo/brand identity design. She also served as an account/project manager for a large publication producer – garnering her invaluable insight and skills in enhancing her client-service delivery approach. Her body of work includes design projects for such clients as McDonald’s Restaurants, Clayoquot Organic Coffee, Modern Windows, Cornerstone Credit Union, Regina Food Bank, Regina Catholic School Division and Venturi-Schulze Vineyards, to name a few.

STEPHANIE MATT – Digital Production Supervisor
As the agency’s Digital Production Supervisor, Stephanie Matt provides the Arcas team with one of Saskatchewan’s most-experienced digital production talents. Proficient at handling all digital and print assembly, print production & agency traffic responsibilities, Stephanie’s dedicated-to-quality approach helps enable Arcas clients to fully utilize their advertising investments with added assurance in the often-time sensitive advertising delivery chain.
